Everything we do is made with thought, love and dedication. We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund.
We are committed to help you extend the life of your product. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge. Let's chat, we can give it a new life.
Señor Seagull is committed to customer satisfaction. Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds for change of mind. There will be no refund of the original postage and return shipping is at your expense. We suggest using registered post with tracking as Señor Seagull can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders. No exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty. Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.
- For all returns please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request your return authorisation number (RA)
- Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange
- Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a RA number
- Complete the returns & exchange form ( included in your order & will be emailed to you)
